In addition to putting food on the table writing software and building embedded things, I also write technical books (which, unfortunately, doesn’t put anything more than an occasional bag of chips or a burger on the table, but it’s fun anyway). Occasionally I’ll also crank out a chapter for a book or whip up a paper or article. This page is where I’ll put links to where the books can be purchased, and where other things I can’t make available for download here on this blog can be found. Other things that are freely available I’ll put here so you can download them if you want to.

Books

My books are available from O’Reilly, Amazon, Barnes and Noble, and just about everywhere else that sells technical books.

Articles and Essays

I occasionally write essays and op ed pieces. I will post the technically-oriented works here if you are interested in reading them.

Essay: Eulogy for Individual Innovation, Circuit Cellar Online, August 2001

I will continue to add to this page as new works are published, but don’t expect it to update very often. Wiring a book is a lot of work, and each one can take from 8 months to over a year.

For my fiction work head over to my other blog, The Wind Muse.
